The grapes for our Clos Domaine series grow on younger vines around the single vineyards of Karlsberg & Johannesberg. These vineyards are precisely farmed, from pruning to harvest, to achieve freshness and structure.
Healthy grapes with good acid ba- lance, maceration and fermentation in stainless steel, ripening in 4.000 liter barrels in the century-old cellars of the princely winery.
Vibrant cherry red, cherries and violets in the nose with hints of blackberries, fresh herbs and chocolate on the palet, gentle spicy- and juicyness with velvety tannins on the fruity, animating finish.
