35% Sauvignon blanc, 35% Muskat Ottonel, 18% Grüner Veltliner, 12% Riesling / Alcohol: 12,0%

Harvest took place at mostly cool but dry weather. Grapes had from 17° (Muskat Ottonel) to 19°Klosterneuburg (Klosterneuburg must scale) at Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes were destemmed after must fermentation for 2-5 hours they were pressed in pneumatic press and stored at controlled temperature of 19°C, the wine was stored in stainless steel tank.


Crunchy-fresh red and green apples, pears and green melons, like a fruit basket. A well-made and harmonic blend of the 4 varieties.


Suitable meals: aperitif, each kind of slight appetizer, fish and seafood, chicken and light meal
