The event takes place outdoors and only under suitable weather conditions and sufficient attendance.
In case of postponement or cancellation, guests will be informed by 4:00 pm on the day of the event. We will contact you by phone – please ensure to provide a reachable phone number when booking.
In the event of cancellation, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.

Tickets are only available at the door if the event is not sold out in advance.
Online ticket sales close at 12:00 pm on the day of the event.

Seating is at tables; allocation will be arranged on site.
