A pure expression in wine of the Karlsberg vineyard above Herrnbaumgarten, renowned and cherished for centuries. Old vines on deep, meagre loess soils with a high limestone content yield structure, depth, finesse, and a baroque aromatic profile. Shaped by continental-pannonian climate influences.

This Blaufränkisch Leithaberg DAC originates from some of the finest Burgundy-style sites in St. Margarethen and Breitenbrunn. Their soils, rich in limestone and quartz, lend the wine finesse, elegance, and a distinctive spicy note. The nearby Lake Neusiedl reflects sunlight onto the gentle slopes, ensuring perfect ripening for this premium Blaufränkisch.
