Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online or outside our business premises within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send us a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw – either by e-mail to office@hofkellerei.at or by post to Brünnerstraße 8, 2193 Wilfersdorf, Austria. You may, but are not required to, use the withdrawal form provided below. It is sufficient that your notification is sent before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we receive your withdrawal. No fees will be charged for this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs and the risk of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
According to § 18 (1) no. 5 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed or they have been opened.
Entrepreneurs within the meaning of the Austrian Commercial Code are not entitled to a right of withdrawal.
